We deliver to almost every European country.
RETURNS
For shoes, It will be possible to return/trade an item until 14 days of received order. Items must be returned unworn, in perfection condition and in the original packaging. In cases of refund, it will be via bank transfer for both payment methods (Bank Transfer or COD). For bags, returns are only possible in case of defect and it will be not possible to return the bag if the tag is removed or if it shoes clear signs of usage
To return an item, send an email to hello@annawalker.pt with the order number and return reason. Also, make sure that the package is properly sealed. To make sure that the item arrives properly, we advise that you sent it via recorded method since we will not be responsible for items that don’t arrive.
